Board Openings
Voting for open board positions will take place every March. To express interest in or nominate someone for an open position, email FEPP Secretary Marilynn.
Membership Chair
The Membership Chair position will be open for voting in March 2026. This position will assist with maintaining FEPP subscriber and member lists, as well as helping gather contact information at general meetings and community tabling events. The Membership Chair may, at their choosing, host a subcommittee focused on membership engagement. Experience with nonprofit membership engagement is preferred.
Secretary
The Secretary position will be open for voting in March 2026. This position is a member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for sending out agendas ahead of the Board meetings, taking minutes during Board meetings, distributing minutes following Board meetings, and uploading finalized minutes to the website. Experience using Google Drive is preferred.
General Volunteer Openings

Communications Team Member
Work with the other members of the Communications Committee to develop the newsletter, promote FEPP events and activities on the website and social media, and assist with outreach material design.
Data Coordinator
Assist FEPP Leadership Team with back-end data support.
Grant Writing/Grants Coordinator
Assist FEPP with identifying new and exciting funding opportunities to support our mission. Past experience with environmental grant writing is preferred.
